So many times have I heard the phrase "Everything happens for a reason"... Actually that's a myth - in reality "Time And Chance Happen To All"!!! No rhyme nor reason - No great plots of destiny - No fates controlling our futures... In the wee span of our lifetimes very few things happen for a reason - And only when the Creator deems it necessary to fulfill his plan. In the meantime we, the created, are subject to happenstance...
